I am in-network with Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Aetna insurances in both North Carolina and Florida.
I’m happy to provide documentation for your out-of-network benefits if you have a different insurance carrier. Should you wish to use an insurance policy for counseling services, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company to inquire about specific coverage for out-of-network benefits for mental health services. Please note that most insurance companies require a psychiatric diagnosis in order to reimburse for mental health counseling.
My private pay rate is $170 per session. Sessions are 55 minutes long.

After you’ve completed the New Client Inquiry Form, I will reach out to you via your preferred method of contact (phone or email) within 1-2 days.
I’ll answer any questions you may have, ask some questions of my own, and we’ll schedule your first appointment if it’s a good fit for both of us.

I recommend weekly sessions at least to start off. Over time I see some clients weekly and others every other week.

All sessions are conducted via telehealth (online video meetings).
My video platform is very easy to navigate, so getting into our video sessions will be no big deal.
